Outstanding food! We had the Wagyu Beef for two, with side salads and roast potato's and it was phenomenal! The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the atmosphere was great. My only negative is that they brought out the Wagyu first and then the side dishes 10 minutes later, which didn't make any sense because the Wagyu was cold by the time we ate. They seemed to be a little understaffed on the day; however, it was a Friday, so VERY busy, so perhaps they hadn't anticipated that many on the day? Regardless, we had a lovely luncheon and enjoyed the meal.

Hidden Gem 💎Restaurant in Brisbane CBD. The atmosphere is amazing, story bridge view is the big bonus. Food is delicious and price is very reasonable. Service is definitely outstanding which is a little bit hard to find in Brisbane at these day. Sam comes to the table with the beef trolley and explained each kind of beef 🥩 they have today then we can decide. We ordered the duck liver, Mahi Mahi, King fish and Moreton bay bag for starter. Duck liver comes with baguette 🥖 and one big scoop of duck liver. Mahi Mahi served with Nori (Crispy seaweed). Moreton bay bug served without shell top on salad. King fish comes with the salsa salad and sorbet 🍨 on top which can be very cold in one bite but taste is amazing. I can see the talent and skill of the chef from all of the entree dish. I have pasta 🍝 for my dish and my partner has Scotch fillets rare and lobster tail on side. Spanner crab pasta is definitely delicious usually I'm not the pasta person but I love this dish. Lobster is also very good. My partner is happy with the Scotch fillet as well. I ordered the roast pumpkin for the side, Chef knows how to cook it very well. Roasted pumpkin texture is perfect. We end up with the Granita for dessert which is very refreshing. Total bill is about $300 which surprised me as I feel that the amount of food that we ordered and the service that we received it's worth more than what we paid. Absolutely loved my experience at BOS. Service was experienced and nice balance of casual and high end. My lunch companion is notorious for their high expectations of service and can at times be challenging. Our waiter met my lunch companion's expectations with grace and humour. Let's talk about the food, fantastic! Rich flavours and generous portions, come with an appetite. I'll let the photos do the talking, although they could have been better but I was savouring the moment.
