One of my dining highlights to finish off 2025. We visited for lunch on New Year’s Eve and had the signature 8 course menu. The experience spanned almost 4 hours (it is advised to allow at least 3). I enjoyed the slow, relaxed pace and never found the wait too long between courses. We were offered a break before the desserts, which I gladly accepted. The dishes were flawless. It was my first time dining here and I was a little apprehensive to hear the news of a new head chef. However, Craig Lunn’s work with the local producers and his knowledge of flavours came together seamlessly, delivering a menu that felt both refined and confident. The staff were fantastic. Service was warm and friendly. The team worked cohesively, despite not having a dedicated waiter for each table. I enjoyed chatting with the different staff and hearing some of the stories to the dishes. The sommelier, in particular, had a great personality and sense of humour. We visited the cellar door afterwards, where the two staff members continued the excellent experience we’d had at lunch. They were knowledgeable about the wines without a hint of pretension. They even converted me to rosé (one of my least favourite wines) - though the only one I’ll ever drink now is Ten Minutes by Tractor!

We dined at Ten Minutes by Tractor earlier today for a Christmas Eve lunch, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. With the arrival of a newly appointed head chef—formerly working under Gordon Ramsay—the restaurant has clearly entered a new era of fine dining. The menu reflects a confident and thoughtful evolution, introducing an Asian influence that feels both bold and beautifully balanced. Each dish showcased a unique blend of Western techniques with Eastern flavours. One standout was the tortellini, carrying a subtle Thai tom yum–like character, delicately layered with Japanese-inspired seasoning and precision. The harmony between East and West was seamless and surprisingly hard to describe—simply brilliant. Having booked two months in advance, we arrived expecting a familiar experience, similar to what we’d enjoyed over the past three years. We hadn’t researched the changes and assumed the menu would follow the same direction as before. Instead, we were met with a complete and delightful surprise—a very big one. This transformation exceeded all expectations. Both the food and service were outstanding. The sommelier and head of service went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences, elevating the entire dining experience with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. We absolutely loved every moment and couldn’t be happier. This was not just a meal, but a memorable celebration—one that marks an exciting new chapter for Ten Minutes by Tractor. P.S. Service and food impeccable! Everyone was so attentive and service was amazing!! The food is so fabulous...tasty and presentation was another level! All 8 courses of the degustation menu were top quality...the wine pairing so to the point. This is my new number 1 favourite of all time.. The card personally signed by the team for our wedding anniversary was a lovely touch! Customer service at its best! Thank you for making our celebration so special and memorable 🥰

An unreal experience. Top-tier food and amazing service. With my amateur palate, I honestly didn’t expect to appreciate such intricate and high-level dishes - but I enjoyed every bite!!! The dishes were not only stunning, but also tasted incredible. We cannot stress enough how blown away we were by how much we loved the food. After every first bite, we just looked at each other and nodded in satisfaction. Thankful for the staff for looking after us and making this a wonderful experience.

We recently celebrated a special family occasion at Ten Minutes by Tractor, and it exceeded every expectation. We booked the Hamilton Room, which was absolutely perfect for our group of 14 – intimate enough to feel special, yet spacious enough for everyone to enjoy themselves comfortably. We opted for the Terroir degustation menu, and I can honestly say the food was nothing short of incredible. Each dish was a masterpiece, with flavour combinations that were completely unexpected yet utterly delicious. The presentation was first class – every plate looked like a work of art. The service was impeccable throughout the entire evening. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and their wine recommendations were spot-on, elevating the entire dining experience to the next level. The pacing between courses was ideal – plenty of time to savour each dish and enjoy conversation, with generous portions that left everyone satisfied. From the initial booking process to the final farewell, every member of the Ten Minutes by Tractor team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine care. The front-of-house staff, servers, and chefs all contributed to making this such a memorable occasion. If you’re looking for a venue for a special celebration or simply want to experience world-class dining in a beautiful setting, I cannot recommend Ten Minutes by Tractor highly enough.
